Tips to trim the budget

Public albergues = lowest cost

10-12€/night. First come, first served. Try to arrive before 2 pm in high season.

Pilgrim menu: 12-15€

Includes starter, main course, dessert, bread, a drink and sometimes coffee. Look for restaurants with the "Menú Peregrino" sticker.

Shop at the supermarket

Breakfast + midday picnic for ~5€. Bars often close between 3 pm and 8 pm.

How much does accommodation cost on the Camino?
